General Rental Conditions
Only the person(s) specified in the contract and delivery form can use the vehicle you rented. No damage assurance is valid for damages that may occur if third parties not specified in the contract use the vehicle. In order to increase the number of vehicle users, you can purchase "Additional Driver" service from our branches. Additional driver; If there is someone or someone else who will drive the vehicle other than the person renting the vehicle, it must be purchased. A maximum of 5 additional drivers can be defined for a vehicle. It is possible to rent within the conditions of age and license year determined in vehicle groups. If these conditions are not met, you can purchase a "Young Driver" service package and rent within the limits of this package. The young driver service package also includes the “Maximum Assurance” service. You can learn the Additional Driver and Young Driver Service fees from our reservation center and branches.
Age and License Year Conditions
Minimum age and license year information depending on vehicle groups are given in the table below. These conditions must be met by both the tenant and the additional driver(s). T.C. on the driver's license ID number is required. It is not possible to rent with driver's licenses combined with new identities.

Our vehicles can be rented for at least 24 hours per day and 23 days per month.
In case of possible delays:
In case of delay of more than 2 hours, 1/3 of the car rental price valid on that date
In case of delay of 3 hours or more, 2/3 of your current car rental price
In case of delay of 4 hours or more, a daily rental fee valid on the relevant day will be added to your contract and the collection will be made from your credit card.
Please deliver the vehicle with the fuel level you received. In case the vehicle is delivered with missing fuel, 40% of the missing fuel cost will be charged by adding the service fee to the missing fuel price.
Return to Branch:
When you want to return your vehicle to a different branch than the one you rented, a "One Way" fee will be applied.
The One Way fee is also applied when you return it to a different branch in the same city.
Pickup and Delivery from Address:
Our delivery to address and delivery to address service varies according to the availability of our branches. For all the details, you can contact our branch you want to rent.

Our car insurances vary according to campaigns and prices. Insurance details are specified in your contract and delivery form. Information about the insurances we offer and our assurances is as follows.
Mini Damage Insurance: It is the insurance that offers the advantage of providing repair with the tenant's declaration in case of unilateral damage up to 2000 TL including VAT.
Super Mini Damage Insurance: It is the insurance that offers the advantage of providing repair with the tenant's declaration in case of unilateral damage up to 3,500 TL including VAT.
Personal Accident Insurance: It is an insurance that secures the driver and the people in the vehicle within the limits of the insurance.
Liability Insurance Against Third Parties: It is the insurance that covers the damages within the limits determined against third parties in addition to the compulsory financial liability (traffic) insurance.
Standard Insurance Package: It is the insurance package that covers Mini Damage, Personal Accident and 3rd Party Liability Insurance.
Super Assurance Package: It is the insurance package that covers Super Mini Damage Insurance, Personal Accident Insurance, Liability Insurance Against Third Parties.
The payment of any traffic fines (including the use of faulty toll booths on bridges and highways) resulting from non-compliance with the traffic rules and the service fee will be made from the credit card of the tenant whose name is mentioned in the contract.
